Discounted programmes / services or those with instalment-payment agreements are generally non-cancellable / non-refundable, even if included services cannot (or can no longer) be used or are no longer wanted; it is at the sole discretion of QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC to offer, by way of exception, a special arrangement in proven cases of particular hardship; however, there is no entitlement to this;

Allgemeine InformationenGeneral Information

Vertragsangebote sind nur mit der ausdrücklichen vorherigen Zustimmung von QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC willkommen. Wer unaufgeforderte oder betrügerische Vertragsangebote (im Sinne der UPU-Richtlinien) an QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC oder deren verbundene Unternehmen, Mitarbeiter oder bevollmächtigte Vertreter übermittelt, haftet (unabhängig von rechtlichen Konsequenzen) in Höhe einer pauschalen Bearbeitungsgebühr von 30.000 USD (dreißigtausend US-Dollar) pro Einzelfall und Korrespondenz, sofort und international durchsetzbar und frei an Dritte abtretbar.

Any contract offers are only welcome with the express prior approval of QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC. Anyone submitting unsolicited or fraudulent contract offers (as defined by UPU guidelines) to QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC or its affiliates, employees, or authorized representatives will be liable (regardless of legal consequences) to a flat-rate processing fee of USD 30,000 (thirty thousand United States dollars) per individual case and correspondence, immediately and internationally enforceable and freely assignable to third parties.

Der Rechnungsausweis erfolgt für alle Leistungen immer ohne Umsatzsteuer, da vorliegend der Wechsel der Steuerschuldnerschaft (Reverse-Charge-Verfahren) greift; eine eventuell anfallende Umsatzsteuer (je nach Staat / Organisation / Fiktion) ist vom Leistungsempfänger selbst anzumelden und abzuführen; der Auftraggeber hat dies mit der ersten Buchung einer Leistung bei QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC akzeptiert.

All services are always invoiced without value-added tax, as the reverse-charge procedure (shift of tax liability) applies here; any value-added tax that may arise (depending on state / organisation / fiction) must be declared and paid by the recipient of the service themselves; the client accepted this upon first booking a service with QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC.

Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand ist der eingetragene Sitz von QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC in den USA. Dies gilt auch für alle verbundenen Unternehmen und Einheiten, bevollmächtigten Vertreter, Mitarbeiter und Erfüllungsgehilfen von QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC in the USA. This also applies to all affiliated companies and entities, authorized representatives, employees, and vicarious agents of QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC.

Wer aktiv, passiv oder stillschweigend mit QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC kontrahiert oder Ansprüche geltend macht, akzeptiert die Verwendung privater Handelspraktiken und privater Handelsinstrumente zur Begleichung oder Liquidation öffentlicher und privater Forderungen.

Anyone who actively, passively or implicitly contracts or makes claims with QUANTUM SOLUTIONS LLC accepts the use of private commercial practices and private commercial tools to settle or liquidate public and private claims.

Es gelten sowohl die Rechtsgrundsätze als auch der Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). UCC2-207.
